Summer league is back and we can't be more excited! This year, games will be

taking place at Shaw Middle School on Thursday nights at 6pm. Each player will be placed onto a team but our Spokane Ultimate Committee, and each of the teams will be led by at least one veteran player who will be able to assist you in strategy, rules, throwing, etc... The cost to participate is $15 per person which helps cover field costs, prizes for winners, and an end of the year BBQ! In addition to all of that, you will receive 10 weeks of fun and exciting ultimate!

Other things to note:

We will be playing by USAU rules which includes stalls, fouls, bricks etc.. but if you don't know what that is don't be scared! Your captains will be able to help you out with any questions you may have and we are also available at spokaneultimateleague@gmail.com for anything you may need. Also, if you have a friend you want to play with we are allowing people to request one other person. Otherwise, teams will be chosen by our Spokane Ultimate Committee.

Q: I've new to ultimate/I have barely played before, can I still participate?

A: Of course! Anyone is welcome to play

Q: Is there an age requirement?

A: The league is primarily made up of adults and we do ask that you are at least in high school. However, we are more than open to any requests. Just feel free to shoot us an e-mail at spokaneultimateleague@gmail.com

Q: Do I have to have cleats in order to play?

A: No, however they are highly encouraged. Not everyone has cleats but they will help move around easier as well as help prevent injuries :)
